GROUND SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES:
UPS Ground
Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days, depending on destination
state. (Weekends are not included in the delivery time)
The appropriate shipping charges will be added to any orders in which
the ground shipping is not selected.
All Gift Basket orders placed by
3 pm EST (noon PST) are shipped the same day. All orders placed after 3
pm EST are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday,
Sunday, & Holidays will be shipped the next business day.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Same day shipping service applies for all orders placed by 12:00 PM
PST through December 19th. On December 22nd and 23rd only 2nd day and
next day air orders will be shipped the same day. All 3 day and ground
orders that come in on December 22nd and 23rd will be shipped on
December 29th. If this changes for any reason we will notify you as soon
as possible. Of course UPS does not guarantee any shipping methods to
arrive before Christmas if they are shipped after December 12th. There
will be no refunds on late deliveries.
EXPRESS SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES:
Other shipping methods include UPS 3 Day (3 business days + shipping
day), UPS 2 Day (2 business days + shipping day), & UPS Next Day Air.
(arrives the following business day) Additional charges will apply for
these shipping options.
WHERE WE SHIP OUR GIFT BASKETS:
We offer delivery of our gift baskets to any physical address within
the United States. Please keep in mind that Alaska and Hawaii do have
higher rates. If you have any questions regarding shipping rates please
contact us and we would be glad to help you.
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or overseas.
These destinations are too high risk, and we have experienced numerous
incidents where the packages were either damaged, lost, or returned to
us at great expense.
PERISHABLE ITEMS:
During the summer months, we provide ice packs in all chocolates &
perishable gifts, to ensure that our chocolates, fruits, and bakery
items arrive fresh.
Although this is more costly, it is the only way
to ensure that the gift will arrive fresh.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
At times, we may need to substitute items within one of our gift
baskets, to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always
substitute of equal or greater value, without compromising the theme,
design, color, or quality of the gift.
ENCLOSURE CARDS:
An enclosure card is included in all of our merchandise with the
message of your choice. Please be sure to include your name or the
company name, so the recipient knows who the gift is from.
PAYMENT:
We gladly accepts PayPal and
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express though PayPal. Once the payment is received, your gift will be shipped.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once the order has been shipped, you will immediately receive an
email notification with a tracking number to track your gift online. You
may also call UPS Toll Free at (800) 742-5877, or
FED EX Toll Free at (800) 463-3339.
CHANGING SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If an error is made in the shipping address, or needs to be changed,
please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will
be glad to make any necessary changes.
However, if the gift has already been picked up by the parcel delivery
company, we will need to contact either UPS or FED EX, and attempt to
reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $10.00
will be charged to your credit card for this error.
CANCELING YOUR ORDER:
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please
notify us immediately by e-mailing us.
Once the order has been shipped and not yet delivered, you will only be
charged for shipping, and the merchandise will be credited back.
REFUNDS:
We offer refunds for any damaged or defective gifts, as long as the
claims are placed within 15 days of the gift being received.
